Elan expects to post 2-4% revenue drop in 4Q15: Touchscreen controller IC supplier Elan Microelectronics expects to post a 2-4% sequential decrease in consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter of 2015, with gross margin ranging from 41% to 43%.
