Microsoft has unveiled a new research project that creates a wearable multitouch projector by combining a pico projector (I think this is a MicroVision Show WX) and a Kinect camera. This is best understood by viewing the video:
This is not the first Kinect/Pico-Projector combination we've seen - Last month we introduced LightBeam which uses the same components (but with an AAXA L1 laser projector) to interact with real world object. Microsoft themselves unveiled a project that enables environmentally aware augmented visions back in November 2011.
