CPT, IDTI to jointly launch 21.5-inch in-cell touch panels in September: Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) will team up with IC design house IDTI to jointly launch 21.5-inch in-cell touch panels in September targeting Windows 8-based AIO and desktop PCs, according to the companies.
