Taiwan-based flat screen TV OEMs to see 10% decline in shipments: Taiwan-based flat screen TV OEMs will see a 10% decline in shipments by the end of the year due to TV vendors across the globe lowering their flat screen TV shipments for the second half of the year, according to industry sources.
