Apple hires Amazon A9 search engine co-founder to take charge of Siri

Apple hires Amazon A9 search engine co-founder to take charge of Siri:
According to AllThingsD, Apple has hired Amazon executive William Stasior to run its Siri division.
Statsior’s placement comes approximately a year after Siri co-founder, and the executive formerly in charge of Siri at Apple, Dag Kittlaus left Apple. This news also comes nearly a month after another Siri co-founder, Adam Cheyer left Apple.
Notably, Stasior’s work at Amazon is in the field of search, something important to Apple as it grows Siri and moves away from Google-based services. According to his resume, Stasior held senior positions at Altavista and Oracle.
