Microvision announced their financial results for Q3 2012. Revenue was $2.6 million (compared to $1.8 million in Q3 2011) - mostly from orders from Pioneer for their car navigation system. Cash used in operations was reduced to $3.9 million, nearly a 40% decrease from a year ago and net loss was $3.8 million (down from $7.8 million in Q3 2011). Backlog was $4.5 million.
The company had $10.7 million in cash as of September 30, and they expect this to be sufficient at least through the second quarter of 2013.
