Awww, poor Apple. I guess you can't win them all. In case you missed it, Apple announced that 12 carmakers including Chevrolet, Jaguar, Nissan and Ferrari will come with systems starting next year designed to take iPhone integration to the next level by putting iOS directly in their infotainment systems. SC Considering Changeable Electronic License Plates
What do you guys think about electronic license plates that can be changed on the fly by the DMV or police? South Carolina may soon lead the way into the future with electronic license plates for cars and trucks. Using so-called electronic paper, technology similar to what is seen on digital readers like the Amazon Kindle, these new license plates would be capable of dynamically changing from normal numbers and letters to a word like SUSPENDED, UNINSURED or STOLEN. Apple May Have To Go Back to Samsung
I cannot imagine how humiliating this has to be for Apple. Despite an ongoing lawsuit with Samsung that has led to ever increasing animosity between the two companies, Apple is said to be considering new contracts with Samsung to provide displays for its product lineup. According to Korean site ETNews.com (via AppleInsider), Apple is planning to resume purchasing LCDs from Samsung Display as the company is better equipped to keep up with high demand. Comments

Quarter of tablet users to pay bills via their devices by 2017, says Juniper Research
A new report from research firm Juniper Research has found that a growing user acceptance of push mobile banking and a sharp rise in tablet adoption will drive users of transactional tablet banking services to almost 200 million in 2017. This will represent approximately 19% of total mobile banking customers in 2017, compared to 9% in 2013, as consumers engage in increasingly mobile lifestyles.
