Compal Electronics expects 5% growth in 2014 notebook shipments, says president: Compal Electronics shipped 39 million notebooks in 2013, increasing 5.4% on year, and expects shipments in 2014 to grow 5% sequentially, company president Ray Chen said on January 16.
