HannStar Display to invest in small- to medium-size integrated touch panel production

HannStar Display to invest in small- to medium-size integrated touch panel production: HannStar Display will focus investment on small- to medium-size integrated touch panels for use in smartphones, tablets and in-car devices. Production will be at its 5.3G TFT-LCD factory with a monthly capacity of 130,000 glass substrates, and nearby 5.3G touch sensor factory with monthly capacity of 100,000 glass substrates, according to the company.
