Microsoft expands coverage of free Windows licensing: Microsoft reportedly is expanding its subsidies to vendors for Windows-based tablets, and in addition to sub-9-inch models, tablets priced below US$250 will also receive free Windows licenses, according to sources from the upstream supply chain.
