BREAKING: Galaxy Note 4 launches October 10th, preorders start tomorrow:

Samsung managed to beat Apple to the punch by unveiling its flagship phablet for 2014 before Apple made its new iPhone 6 Plus official, but unfortunately announcing a phone and launching a phone are two very different things. Android fans know exactly what they have to look forward to when the Galaxy Note 4 finally hits store shelves, but they won't be able to get one in their hands until nearly a month from now; Samsung announced on Thursday that it will begin taking preorders for the new Galaxy Note 4 on Friday, September 19th — which also just happens to be iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launch day — ahead of an October 17th release.
