China market: Nearly 48 million handsets shipped in August, says CATR: There were 47.484 million handsets shipped in the China market in August 2015, increasing 56.5% on year, according to China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
