EMEA PC shipments declined 10% in 1Q16, says Gartner: PC shipments in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) totaled 19.5 million units in the first quarter of 2016, a 10% decline from the first quarter of 2015, according to preliminary results by Gartner.
