Taiwan market: TWM expects smartphones to take up 85-90% of handset sales in 2H13: Taiwan Mobile (TWM), one of the three largest mobile telecom carriers in Taiwan, saw the proportion of smartphones from contract-bundled handset sales increase from 78% at the end of 2012 to about 80% in the first quarter of 2013 and expects the proportion to further rise to 85-90% in the second half of the year, according to the company.
