LG says its G Pro 2's Knock Code is safer than Apple's Touch ID: LG’s brand new G Pro 2 comes with an enhanced method of unlocking the screen, called Knock Code. Based on the slightly older Knock On feature, which debuted on the LG G2, Knock Code allows users to unlock the G Pro 2 by tapping on the display “using one of 86,367 knock combinations.” LG says that “the knock pattern can be entered on any area of the screen - whether the display is turned on or off - using anywhere from two to eight taps.”



Knock Code seems to be faster than the traditional method of unlocking a screen, as it doesn’t require you to press a power button prior to making a move ...
