Acer ranks as top consumer notebook vendor in Brazil in 3Q14: Acer has said that it ranked as the top vendor for consumer notebooks in Brazil in the third quarter of 2014, accounting for 16.2% market share and registering 18.6% on-quarter growth in shipments. The company cited data from IDC.
