Welcome to Leading Security Change.
This is a series designed to reframe security challenges as leadership opportunities. For each selected topic, we explore the mindset and approach necessary to successfully lead and accelerate change necessary to improve security in your organization.
Each topic is covered over the course of a month and includes a variety of opportunities to read, engage, and learn:
- It starts with a written article to offer a roadmap on the topic and frame the discussion.
- Each of the three panelists -- selected for their insights and experience successfully leading their organizations on the topic -- share their thoughts through blog posts. They are free to agree or disagree with the roadmap and each other. They might pick an area they found important, or share broad elements from their success.
- We come together for a live virtual panel discussion - and you’re invited to be part of it. The discussion is recorded and transcribed.
- I’ll step back to consider what I learned from the leaders on the panel, the comments and discussions on social media, and my own efforts over the course of the month and share in a ‘reflection column’
- The entire program is packaged up in a slideshow.
