BLU makers see mixed sequential growth in January revenues

BLU makers see mixed sequential growth in January revenues: Bright Led Electronics and Wellypower Optronics, two Taiwan-based makers of LED backlight units (BLUs), saw their January consolidated revenues of NT$186 million (US$6.3 million) slip on month by 38.16% and those of NT$660 million by 10.56%, while fellow maker Unity Opto Technology saw sequential growth of 8.47%.
