China market: Local vendors compete with Apple, Samsung in high-end smartphone segment: First-tier China-based vendors including Huawei Device, ZTE, Coolpad, Lenovo and Oppo have launched or will launch high-end smartphones in the China market at relatively low prices to compete with Apple and Samsung Electronics, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
