Dell's Thumb PC, Project Ophelia, to Ship in July: Dell will be ready to ship out its Project Ophelia thumb PC in July. The thumb sized 'PC on a stick' needs only to be plugged into an HDMI port and you are off and running. The application is aimed at mainly at users who do web-type computing.
Ophelia can turn any screen or display into a PC, gaming machine or a TV set-top box, said Jeff McNaught, executive director of cloud client computing at Dell.
