Ultra HD TV panel shipments continue to grow in September, says WitsView: According to shipment surveys by WitsView, large-size panel shipments in September 2013 reached 69.18 million units, declining 1.3% on month. Additionally, restocking demand for the October 1 holiday period in China lifted LCD TV panel shipments to 19.57 million units, up 1.3% on month, with Ultra HD TV panel shipments reaching 39% growth.
