Taiwan market: HTC delays delivery of HTC One M9, says paper: HTC has delayed the delivery of its new flagship model, the HTC One M9, at its exclusive retail shops and online shop in the Taiwan market, citing the delay was caused by an upgrade of the software for an improvement of user experience, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
