As if we needed more proof after the Synaptics' ClearForce announcement that the pressure-sensitive screen technology won't stay exclusive to Apple or Huawei for long, now Samsung has patented something similar that hints we might see the tech in its phone as soon as the Galaxy S7 in early 2016.
When it announced the new controllers that support ClearForce, Synpatics said that these have been booked by many leading smartphone makers, and will be available for mass production in Q1, so there you have it.
