Samsung's Galaxy Beam is now shipping in the US for $420 - unlocked. The Galaxy Beam is a Android (v2.3) phone with a 1 Ghz dual-core CPU, 4" WVGA LCD display, 8GB of built in storage and a 2000 mAh battery. And a projector of course: a 15 lumens nHD (360x640) one (presumably a DLP).
