The Samsung Galaxy Alpha, the manufacturer's Apple iPhone challenger, will be available for pre-order in the U.K. starting on August 28th. With its metal chassis and 4.7 inch screen, the "premium" handset is designed to grab sales from the Apple iPhone 6, which is also expected to offer a 4.7 inch display.
