HTC reports unauditied Q1 profit vs. a loss last year:

HTC is continuing its financial turnaround as it reported an unaudited net profit of $11.6 million USD for the first quarter of 2015. That compares to a loss of $60 million USD for the same period last year. Unaudited revenue for this year's first three months amounted to $1.3 billion USD, up from the $1.06 billion USD that HTC took in during the first quarter last year.



While HTC's net and revenue were up over last year's first quarter, they were lower compared to the fourth quarter of 2014. Strong sales of the HTC One (M8) helped the company put in a solid 2014.
