Corning reports flat 2Q12 sales amid moderate LCD glass price declines: Corning has reported that its second-quarter 2012 sales were US$1.9 billion, down 1% sequentially and 5% on year, but said LCD glass prices were dropping at a much more moderate pace. It expects the price declines to remain moderate in the third quarter.
