Digitimes Research: Taiwan makers to ship over 380 million small- to medium-sized panels in 3Q12: Taiwan-based makers will ship 380.196 million small- to medium-sized TFT-LCD panels in total in the third quarter of 2012, increasing 9.4% on quarter but decreasing 0.9% on year, according to Digitimes Research.
