CNet reviews the Galaxy Beam, says it's "very good":
Samsung's Galaxy Beam projector phone is now shipping unlocked in the UK for £395 (about $540 US). CNet posted a review of the Beam, giving it a "Very Good" rating (3.5/5 stars). They say that the phone's projector is actually quite good, and it has strong smartphone features to be a worthy device. The bad points include weak software and a not so good camera. They also lament the device being heavy and thick.

The beam is an Android (v2.3) phone with a 1 Ghz dual-core CPU, 4" WVGA LCD display, 8GB of built in storage and a 2000 mAh battery. And a projector of course: a 15 lumens nHD (360x640) one (presumably a DLP).
