AUO to exhibit slim, light, narrow bezel and transparent display applications along with OGS total solutions at Touch Taiwan 2012: AU Optronics (AUO) has announced that it will participate in Touch Taiwan 2012 from August 29-31 and display a full lineup of advanced display technologies and product total solutions. AUO will exhibit a large video wall assembled by nine 46-inch high-resolution super narrow bezel panels, 50-inch full HD transparent displays for use on vending machines, a commercially available 55-inch 4Kx2K 2D/3D switchable TV display, a new 50-inch full HD 3D TV display with narrow bezel technology, and a series of one glass solution (OGS) touch solutions ranging from 4.7 to 27 inches. For mobile device applications, AUO will demonstrate a series of high-resolution smartphone displays and full HD high resolution notebook displays with slimmer and lighter designs.
