Pegatron conservative about touchscreen notebook in 4Q12: Despite Microsoft being set to release Windows 8, on October 26, mainly pushing its touchscreen controls, Pegatron Technology CEO Jason Cheng is rather conservative about touchscreen notebooks in the fourth quarter and expects the segment to only account for a very low percentage of total notebook shipments in the quarter.
