Lenovo reported its fiscal fourth quarter earnings today, remaining the third largest global smartphone manufacturer. For the January through March period, the company shipped 18.7 million devices netting revenue of $2.8 billion. That figure includes tablets and Android TVs. Motorola contributed to the strong period with 7.8 million branded units shipping in the quarter, a gain of 23.6% over last year's figure. Motorola branded handsets accounted for $1.8 billion of Lenovo's top-line mobile products revenue.
