Apple recently made a very strange decision to release an iPad mini 3 that has no updates over the iPad mini 2, aside from the addition of a TouchID fingerprint scanner. The move has baffled and disappointed many, but a new rumor is saying the lack of an update might be telling, Apple might even be considering discontinuing the iPad mini line completely.
