Notebook ODMs announces shipment performance for October: Notebook ODMs Quanta Computer, Compal Electronics, Wistron and Inventec have unveiled their shipment performance for October with Quanta having shipped 3.9 million notebooks in the month, down from 4.8 million units in September.
